Collaborative Sequencing Center

Providing investigators with access to best-in-class short and long read sequencing instrumentation to support all analysis needs including whole genome, telomere-telomere assembly, exomes, RNA sequencing, and full-length transcript sequencing.

Catalog Services

The CSC provides access to innovative platforms and validated assay services with first-class customer service.

Sequencing Costs

Sequencing is available at multiple levels and costs for human genomes can be as low as $510.

Instrumentation

Sequencing is available on today's top platforms, including NovaSeq X Plus, Onso, Revio and PromethION.

About Us

The TGen Collaborative Sequencing Center (CSC) and Integrative Genomics and Bioinformatics Core at City of Hope form the Integrated Genomics - Shared Resource supported under the City of Hope Comprehensive Cancer Center grant (NCI-P30CA033572). Our primary mission is to provide investigators at TGen and City of Hope with access to advanced genomic analysis technology and data analysis pipelines. As a collaborative center we also support the needs of other academic centers and industry partners. We strive to be on the cutting edge of sequencing technology, providing access to the diverse array of instruments needed to address today's scientific challenges.

Why Work with the CSC?

Fundamentally, we are scientists focused on bringing cutting-edge approaches to power the research studies ongoing at TGen and City of Hope. Unlike many other vendors we will work with you to tailor your project to meet your needs. We don’t force users into specific buckets of sequencing coverage to optimize process control. We also fully acknowledge and communicate the limitations of each platform and focus on providing customers with data that meets their true analytical needs.
