We have CLIA licensure to accept samples from every state in the U.S. except Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New York.

Hours of Operation

TNCL operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. We do not operate on weekends or major federal holidays. Samples received on Friday may not be run until the following Monday.

Turnaround Time

Our results turnaround time is currently 24-48 hours.

Returning Results

Laboratory results can be returned via secure email, fax, or our patient portal. Other options, including an electronic interface, can be discussed with TGen support staff.

Assisting With Supplies

If needed, we can supply nasopharyngeal swab and saliva kits to partners at an additional cost.

Reporting Requirements

We follow Communicable Disease Reporting requirements for Federal and State Public Health Agencies and will report all laboratory results to the appropriate entity.
