Dr. Arthur (Art) Temlock completed his life’s work on June 28, 2020. He was at home and surrounded in celebration by his wife, Meril, three children, Anna (Carl), Alec (Jordana), Jonathan, and his cousin, Craig.
Art’s legacy lives on in his wife who shared five decades of friendship and love; in three children who inherited their father’s spirit and intellect; and in three grandchildren who will be told of this extraordinary man for many years to come. His life will be remembered by the countless patients he treated while practicing anesthesia for nearly 40 years, in the myriad of friends whose lives he touched, and in a world that is a kinder and better place because of this one man.
During each of his 25,797 days Art was passionate and compassionate, full of integrity, generous in all matters, kind, and loving in every way. We will be forever sad, but forever grateful for the loving years with this kind-hearted and remarkable man.
Art's family hopes to honor his legacy through support of Dr. Von Hoff's and TGen's continued research to find a cure for pancreatic cancer so that Art can continue giving to others as he always did in life.
