As Vice President of Human Resources, Brady Young leads strategic talent management, human resource functions, and institutional policy development at TGen.
Brady joined TGen in 2006 and has been providing partnership to research and business leaders to maximize effectiveness of our talent by fostering a highly engaged culture of innovation and accountability. His team is service-oriented and high-touch when dealing with needs of employees: they believe helping patients starts with taking care of our employees.
Prior to joining TGen, Brady held human resources positions in for-profit organizations including CVS Health and consulting positions in firms like Intel and Raytheon. Brady received his M.B.A and B.S. from the University of Arizona.
