Telling the story of TGen

In digital marketing, content’s impact on platforms like YouTube depends on how long people stay engaged and how relevant the content remains. This project aimed to boost YouTube engagement by creating lasting content. Our initial research found that TGen’s subscriber count was growing, but the content didn’t always match what viewers wanted or current trends. This mismatch led to short-lived engagement, which raised the question: How can TGen create content that keeps viewers interested over time? By addressing this, our project adds to the conversation about effective digital content for scientific organizations.
