Abstract Submission Deadline: Wednesday, February 7, 2018, 5:00 p.m. MST

Only abstracts submitted through the portal will be considered for presentation. Click the “Enter Abstract“ link below to begin. ALL ABSTRACTS must be submitted electronically. Abstracts that do not follow the submission guidelines listed in the electronic form will be rejected.

The Organizing Committee will review all abstracts for inclusion in the conference. It is the responsibility of the presenter/submitter to carefully proof all submissions, as the conference organizers do not proof or correct submissions. All changes requests must be made in writing and sent to Heather Hanson, whose contact information is below. NO CHANGES will be allowed after the deadline.

Presentation and Publication
Abstracts selected for presentation during the conference will be printed in the conference proceedings from submitted material. Information will be sent to those presenters whose abstracts are selected for oral presentations, including the date, time, and format for those presentations.

For those abstracts that have been accepted for poster presentation, poster boards will be 4 feet high and 8 feet across (1.22m x 2.44m). Conference organizers will provide poster numbers and pushpins.

Registration and Accommodations

All presenters are encouraged to register and reserve a room at the conference hotel as early as possible. Additional information is available on the Accommodation and Travel section of this site.

Withdrawing An Abstract

Abstracts may only be withdrawn only by emailing Heather Hanson at [email protected] at least 15 days prior to the start of the conference.
