TGen Launches New Website

New tgen.org features mobile-friendly layout, more video.

If you’re reading this, you’ve arrived at the redesigned and improved tgen.org. We hope you like the changes.

First, if you're on a smart phone or tablet, you’ll notice that the site scales easily to fit your device. A major emphasis in our redesign was to make tgen.org more mobile-friendly to fit your busy lifestyle. We also have more video content — and we’ll soon add podcasts — to better explain precision medicine and how research and clinical care are working hand-in-hand to move discoveries from the laboratory to the patient’s bedside in a more timely and effective manner.

We also want to make tgen.org more relevant to you as a visitor. People come to us for a variety of reasons, but mainly they want answers: How can TGen help people who have suddenly become patients?

What are TGen scientists doing to fight brain, breast, ovarian, pancreatic, lung, blood and other cancers? How are TGen researchers working to protect public health through better tests for Lyme disease, MRSA and Valley Fever? How are TGen investigators advancing research against Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, ALS, concussions, rare diseases, and other neurological disorders. You will find these answers — along with the latest news, innovative research studies and up-to-date clinical trials information for each area of research — under our PATIENTS menu.

If you are looking for a prospective collaborator or access to our cutting-edge technology, look no further than our RESEARCH menu. Here, you will find faculty biographies as well as information on technological resources that can help you find answers.

Education has been an important part of our mission since the beginning. For students who are interested in our Helios Scholars at TGen summer internship and our new TGen Bioscience Leadership Academy, you can learn more and meet our alumni under our EDUCATION tab.

Finally, TGen is a nonprofit biomedical research institute. Our scientists have always relied on the generosity of forward-thinking donors whose gifts enable their most creative and innovative ideas. There are a number of ways you can Support Our Science, from participating in a fun run to establishing memorials in honor of loved ones. Please explore GIVING to see how you can make a difference and become a part of our discoveries.

So make yourself at home, take a look around the new digs, and invite friends to come on over. If you have any questions — or if something isn’t working — please contact us

As always, thank you for stopping by, and please come back soon.
