Pediatric Cancer Translational Genomics

February 6-8, 2012
Hotel Valley Ho, Scottsdale, Arizona

Join internationally recognized experts in the field of pediatric oncology for a collective conversation on how state-of-the-art genomics research may be applied to the translational oncology of pediatric solid tumors.

Overall goals of the meeting include

  • To learn how comprehensive genomic analysis including next generation sequencing of pediatric solid tumors may reveal promising therapeutic targets
  • To discuss techniques and new strategies to identify and characterize such targets using functional genomics
  • To facilitate collaborations among conference participants to investigate these and other novel targets
  • To provide an informal mechanism for coordinating research and eliminating duplication of effort in the genomics of pediatric solid tumors
  • To prioritize clinical and research questions and agree on best practices to help move the field forward
  • To discuss the application of genomics for individualized therapy

We look forward to hearing your novel ideas and innovative approaches.
